Engineers say Texas dam won't break
MIDLOTHIAN, Tx (WFAA) -- Water is flowing over a dam at Padera Lake in Midlothian, and the National Weather Service said it is likely to break in the next couple of hours.
However, engineers and the builders, who've surveyed the scene, say it should hold.
