This EC provides guidance on the design of I-walls used as flood barriers on either coastal or inland flood risk management systems. This EC will be updated periodically as more information becomes available to incorporate results of additional physical testing and numerical analysis. The final disposition of the information contained in this EC is yet to bedetermined. This information could be incorporated into a Flood Risk Management System (FRMS) Engineer Manual, or could be incorporated into existing Engineer Manuals as deemed appropriate
