1 dead after crash, car fire on Wilson Bridge; 3 workers rescued from under bridge

WASHINGTON (WJLA) - One person is dead and three workers were rescued after a multi-vehicle crash and fire Wednesday morning on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.
The Beltway was completely shut down in both directions for a time.
