“It’s a lot of money, people,” said Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel Commission Chairman Frederick Stant during Wednesday morning’s big meeting.

There wasn’t much left to be said after more than three years of development on a second, parallel tunnel on the 17.6-mile link between Virginia Beach and the Eastern Shore.
