"Tunisia 2020" Conference: 82 projects with overall value of € 17,731 million
Eighty-two projects with an overall value of € 17,731 million, spread over 20 sectors, will be presented to foreign investors and lenders at the International Investment Conference "Tunisia 2020" to be held on November 29 and 30.
According to an analysis prepared by “Targa Consult”, a consulting firm specialising in system integration, the transport sector will be present with 22 projects with a total cost of € 4,307 million.
These projects include the construction of the deepwater port of Enfidha (€ 880 million), the construction of the Tunis-Kairouan-Sidi Bouzid-Kasserine and Gafsa (Tunis-Jelma section), € 480 million), the construction of express roads linking the governorates of Kasserine, Gafsa and Sidi Bouzid to Sfax, Gabes and the A1 motorway (€ 480 million), the extension of the A3 motorway to El Kef (€ 280 million), the extension of the Tunis-Carthage Airport (€ 240 million), the Sfax metro (€ 240 million).
