Thermocouple Temperature Sensor
Temperature sensors are used to monitor temperature in concrete, rock and soil.
They are ideal for monitoring temperature during concrete curing, for evaluating seasonal variations within ground and structures and to interpret temperature-related stress and volume changes in dams. Thermocouple – comprises of two dissimilar conductors joined at one end to form a hot junction which produces a voltage. As the junction is heated or cooled the voltage changes and is converted to return the temperature.
