A holistic assessment framework of sustainability ideal for early on in a project lifecycle.

Pre-Appraisal SPeAR® is an Arup designed holistic sustainability tool which provides a decision making framework and helps communicate outcomes. It will help to identify and prioritise sustainability issues early in a project’s lifecycle and identify improvement actions. It can be then followed with use of SPeAR®, for a more comprehensive appraisal at a later stage. Pre-Assessment SPeAR® provides a robust and auditable method of displaying project results in a visually stimulating way.
