Testing how the earth might move for Trafalgar Centre
Ground work and testing is under way at the Trafalgar Centre as Nelson City Council pushes to meet the building's reopening deadline of next February. A large Fugro Geotechnical truck, one of two in the country, has arrived from Christchurch to test the seismic strength of the ground under the building.
