LIQUEFACTION SUSCEPTIBILITY OF FINE-GRAINED SOILS (2006)
Based on the results of this study, a soil deposit is considered to be susceptible to liquefaction or cyclic mobility if the ratio of the water content to liquid limit is equal to or greater than 0.85 (wc/LL > 0.85), and the soil plasticity index is equal to or less than twelve (PI < 12).
