AXIAL LOAD TRANSFER FOR PILES IN SAND, III. LOAD TRANSFER FOR PILES IN SAND AND THE CRITICAL DEPTH (1993)
Analysis of the results from static loading tests on 11 m instrumented precast concrete piles. This paper offers conclusions drawn from the analyses of piles with regard to residual load and resistance distribution. A primary result of the analyses indicate that the critical depth concept is not valid.
