WHY CAN ROCKFALL NORMAL RESTITUTION COEFFICIENT BE HIGHER THAN ONE? (2013)
In this paper results of experimental field tests carried out on a scree slope, located in Northern Italy, are presented. On Alpine talus cones the motion of blocks is typically characterized by impacts and rebounds, which in modelling are described using two phenomenological coefficients: the restitution coefficients.
