INVESTIGATION OF OVER-HORIZON VHF RADIO SIGNALS ASSOCIATED WITH EARTHQUAKES (2001)
This paper presents the preliminary results on the possible reception of over-horizon VHF radio signals from a FM (frequency modulation) transmitter during abnormal situations (probably in close association with earthquakes).
