THE CRITICAL VENTILATION VELOCITY IN TUNNEL FIRES—A COMPUTER SIMULATION (2002)
In the present study, conducted by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, a CFD program (fire dynamics simulator) based on large eddy simulations (LES) is used to model floor-level fires in a ventilated tunnel.
