Landslide costs on Oregon 42 may reach $5 million
EUGENE — State transportation officials say landslide repairs on Oregon Highway 42 could cost $5 million.
The Register Guard reports that it could take months to repair the roadway, which was damaged Dec. 23 in a slide that sent soil and rocks into the Coquille River.
