Balfour Beatty has been awarded a contract to build a £42m student accommodation tower block in Vauxhall, south London
The 33-storey building will house 454 students for specialist developer/operator Urbanest.
Balfour Beatty has previously delivered 2,520 units across five central London schemes for Urbanest as part of a long-running partnership.
Construction is set to begin at 5 Miles Street in Vauxhall imminently and is scheduled to complete in summer 2018.
