High Speed 2 shortlists firms for £520m phase two packages
Four teams will battle it out for the £350m professional services contract, while three will be vying for the £170m programme development partner role.
Those shortlisted for the professional services contract will be joint ventures between Aecom / Capita / Ineco, Mott MacDonald / WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, Atkins / Arcadis, and Arup as a sole bidder.
The three firms in the running for the phase two programme delivery partner will be CH2M, Bechtel and a joint venture between Mace and Turner & Townsend.
