KINEMATICS AND DISCONTINUOUS DEFORMATION ANALYSIS OF LANDSLIDE MOVEMENT (1997)
Kinematics plays a very important role in the behavior of landslides in discontinuous media. Discontinuous Deformation Analysis (DDA) is introduced as a technique that allows a realistic incorporation of kinematics in routine analyses.
