A research about Landslides Platform Service 2 (forecasting of shallow rapid slope movements). The main objective of the service was to develop an integrated procedure for the forecasting and warning of distributedshallow landsliding to be used for civil protection purposes. The service combines advanced techniques andtools from different fields including meteorology, hydrology, geomorphological and geotechnical modelling, remote sensing and GIS.
