Turkey earthquake: 5.7 magnitude quake strikes sending tremors through tourist hotspots
AN EARTHQUAKE measuring up to 5.7 magnitude has rocked Denizli in Turkey, sending tremors across tourist hotspots. The European earthquake monitoring service said the quake measured 6.4 magnitude. The quake was also felt in the neighbouring Izmir and Antalya. Two aftershocks, measuring magnitude 4.8 and 4.5, were also recorded following the earthquake.
